What kind of beer?
This year's ALS HOP blend is characterized by a sweet aroma with a base of citrus freshness . We decided to offer it as a White IPA because we wanted to make the most of this year's unique aroma .
Since it is to be served in the summer, it is designed with a mild bitterness so that it can be gulped down easily, and the dry hopping is divided into main fermentation and post-fermentation, so that you can enjoy both the gentle yet complex hop aroma metabolized by the yeast, and the green, youthful, direct hop aroma .
Craft beer to support ALS treatment
For every pint (473ml) of craft beer made for "ALES for ALS" that is drunk through this campaign, $1 will be donated to the charity. The proceeds will be donated to the American ALS support organization, ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI).
