How to enjoy craft sausages deliciously


① Thaw the sausages in the refrigerator.
*If you want to shorten the time, defrost the vacuum-packed product under running water and thoroughly wipe off any moisture.


② Add commercially available solid bouillon and boil in 70℃ water for 2 minutes.
*When 1 liter of water has boiled, turn off the heat and add 300 ml of room temperature water, which will bring the temperature to around 70°C.
*The guideline is one bouillon cube per 1 liter of water.


3. Remove from boiling water and, without the lid, cook in a frying pan for 2 minutes on the front and 2 minutes on the back.
*The original Kaburagi pork, chili curry, and shiso leaf and sansho pepper are grilled over high heat.
*Yuzu pepper and coriander lemon are grilled over medium heat.


4. Place on a plate and cut into large pieces to enjoy.
