To express the vivid aroma and freshness of yuzu, we tried the combination of "yuzu x coarse salt." The refreshing aroma of "yuzu" is weakened when dried yuzu skin, so we use fresh yuzu skin . More than 100 kg is used per production run! Furthermore, the osmotic pressure of "coarse salt" extracts the yuzu aroma even more effectively.
